Most issues we run into with Printers are that they are not configured correctly with the computer that is trying to print to them. This very often can be remedied by re-installing the print driver. If the printer is setup on a network, we also have issues sometimes with printing to the NETBIOS name for the printer. We find that setting up the computer to print to the printers IP Address is much more reliable. The proper way to setup the printer is the set a static IP address on the printer that is outside of the DHCP range of the router. Then program that static IP address in the computer.
